Shelf Life 5 days of receipt Description Originally of warm weathered South American origins, these ducks are very thin skinned and reduced in fat, almost 40% leaner than Pekin ducks (or Long Island style). They are grown out 12 weeks, year round, to ensure consistency in weight and tenderness. Their rich flavor makes them excellent for roasting.
