A delicious sausage made from duck, foie gras and studded with truffles. They are simple to prepare! We have grilled it and pan seared it like any regular sausage with no problem. However, keep in mind that the fat, unlike another sausage, is unsaturated (it's foie gras). So it will melt more, which you don't want (it's -expensive and good-foie gras). The solution is to start at a low temperature, enough to dry the outside, then you can go high flame to fully cook. Cooking time will be a third faster than a regular raw pork sausage.
